OnLocation Policies
When you book with OnLocation, you agree to the policies below. These policies help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both our clients and service providers.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
Please refer to the booking portal for the most current service rates.
Final invoices include:
• GST (5%)
• 3% service fee (card processing)
Arrival Window
Our providers may arrive within a 15-minute window due to traffic and road conditions.
If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Less than 48 hours notice
$50 cancellation fee
No-show
Full service amount charged
Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.
Group Bookings (4+ People)
50% deposit required to secure group bookings.
Policies include:
• 15% auto-gratuity added
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Headcount locked at time of booking
Example:
If 8 guests are booked and 2 cancel, the original booking amount still applies.
Payment Methods
We accept:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Debit
• E-Transfer (service@onlocationn.com)
• OnLocation Gift Cards
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prepaid.
Late payments incur a $5/day late fee.
In-Home Service Care
We treat every home with respect, but in-home services involve natural risks.
OnLocation is not responsible for accidental damage to:
• furniture
• flooring
• counters
• clothing
• personal items
Hair color services may stain fabrics. Please wear darker clothing when possible.
Client Preparation
Hair services:
Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
Skin services:
Arrive with clean skin (no makeup preferred).
Please disclose:
• allergies
• sensitivities
• recent treatments
We are not responsible for reactions from undisclosed conditions.
Safety & Respect
OnLocation maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe environments.
If a provider feels unsafe, the appointment may be ended immediately.
Clients may be refused future service.
Service Guarantee
If something feels off with your service, please contact us within 10 days and we will do our best to resolve it.
After 10 days, services are considered accepted.
Privacy
We only collect information required to provide our services.
Client data is never shared outside of payment processing or legal requirements.
